Dips (Triceps)

Dips can target either chest or triceps. To focus the effort on triceps, keep the body upright, and bend only at the elbow. Keep the elbows tucked in as you go down. Come up and lock out fully at the top. If the handles are adjustable, chose a narrow setting. Some gyms have an assisted machine where you can control the weight by standing or kneeling on a lever or pad.
