Rear Delt Swing

Set the bench at around 35 degrees. Lean forward on the bench, holding the dumbbells down towards the floor. Swing the weights out to the sides, as far as they'll go - thereby squeezing the rear delts. As you swing, keep the weights moving. Ideally, go to failure on this exercise.
