Face Pulls

Aiming to hit the Rear Delts, so set the pully just above head height, take the handles, and lean back slightly. One foot behind you for stability. Keep the hands, elbows and shoulders in line as you pull the handles towards your face. Elbows bend outwards as you come back. Squeeze as you hit the top of the movement, then slowly back.
