Bent Over Reverse Flys Standing

Knees bent, leaning forward, locked at the hips. Control the weight, back straight, arms locked, moving only at the shoulder. Take the elbows up and out. Keep control on the way down. This will target your Rear Delts to make your shoulders pop.
