Decline Barbell Raise

Use a decline bench for this exercise - some gyms have a specific bench for this exercise, otherwise use a decline bench you might use for decline chest press. Secure your legs under the pad, lean back and take a bar in both hands. Use a light weight. With straight arms, raise the bar up and forward. Exhale as you go up. Slowly down on the negative.
