Weighted Russian Twist

The Russian Twist is a great exercise for abs, core and obliques. Add resistance with a plate or dumbbell. With knees bent, lock the hips in a V Sit position. Twist from side to side, allowing the plate to gently touch the floor. Breath out as the weight comes down.
