Wheel Roll Out

Working your whole core, start from a kneeling position, leaning forward. Take your weight on the wheel and roll forward. Go out as far as you can go, without letting your body fall flat. Come back up to kneeling, slowly with control. Vary your movements by rolling out first to the left, then right, then to the middle.
