Take the bar between your legs, using a V handle. Bend your knees, keeping the back straight, hips low, head up. Linebacker stance. Stretch down, squeeze up. Our tip - instead of using large plates, use more smaller plates stacked up. This will let you reach down further before the weights touch the floor.
