Dumbbell Lateral Raise Hold Variaton

This variation creates more time under tension by making the arm that would normally be resting work instead. Elbows slightly bent, raise one arm at the shoulder and hold. Raise the other arm as in a regular lateral raise. After three reps, hold the moving arm, and work the other arm. Three more reps, and swap arms again.
