A standard exercise for biceps, you can create more control for each arm using dumbbells. Starting with the dumbbells at your sides, twist as you come up, squeezing the bicep. At the top, twist the pinkie finger upwards for an even better squeeze. Keep your elbows by your sides, don't swing the elbows.
