Decline Dumbbell Fly

A decline bench will focus the effort on the lower pec. Go back on the bench, take a pair of dumbbells that aren't to heavy - this is about control. Lock the arms with a slight bend in the elbows. Take the dumbbells out to the sides, controlled on the way up and on the way down. Concentrate on stretching the pec fibres at the bottom of the movement.
