This exercise is about the stretch, so you don't need a heavy weight. Using the incline will put more effort on the upper chest. Hold both weights together above your head with outstretched arms. Take the weights out to the sides, with a slight bend in the elbows. Arms are locked, you're pivoting only from the shoulder joint. Feel the stretch at the bottom of the movement. Slowly down, slowly up, squeeze at the top of the movement.
