Cross Jab

Take a V-Sit position, with feet off the ground and upper body raised up. Engage your core. With a dumbbell in both hands, jab forward with the left dumbbell over right knee, then right dumbbell over left knee. Keep going left to right for as long as possible, ideally until failure.
