Walking Barbell Lunges

Take the bar on your shoulders, for balance as well as resistance. Lunge forward, stepping out wider than normal. Take the back knee as close to the floor as possible without touching. Take around 10 steps forward, before turning and heading back. Make sure your legs are fully warmed up before doing this exercise.
