Don't neglect calves on Leg Day. For this exercise, you're on a Smith Machine, with the front of your feet on a low platform. You can also stand on a couple of plates. Go for maximum range of motion - stretch as much as you can at the bottom, squeeze as hard as you can at the top. You can vary this exercise by pointing your toes in or out.
