Round The Worlds

An exercise to work all parts of the chest, with a stretch and a squeeze. Lie back on a bench set at about 45 degrees. Take the dumbbells out behind you, elbows slightly bent. Bring the weights round in a circular movement, slowly, so that they come together in front of your hips. Focus on the stretch at the top of the movement, and the squeeze as the weights come together.
