Lying Side Crunch

Focussing on your Obliques at the sides of the abs, lie on one side, with one foot on the floor to stabilise. Hands loosely behind your head, squeeze as you lift your shoulders from the floor, taking the elbow towards the raised knee. Repeat on other side.
