Jefferson Deadlift

In this deadlift variation, you take a wide stance, with one foot in front of the bar, one foot behind, so that the effort is directly under your body's center of gravity. Keeping your back straight, chest up, you're bending only at the knees.
As with a regular deadlift, you can let the weight hit the floor at the end of each rep.
