Goblet Squats

This is a squat with a wide stance, knees and feet pointing outwards. In this variation, we go as low as possible by standing on two platforms. Keep the back straight, head up. Go down as low as possible to feel the stretch, making sure you have a weight you can control as you come up. The lower you go, the more you will work the glutes.
