Concentration Hammer Curl

This exercise achieves great concentration on the bicep, by using the Preacher Curl bench to stop your arms swinging around. Further concentration is achieved by hitting each arm separately. Use a Hammer Grip by keeping the dumbbell upright, hand facing to the side at all times. Squeeze hard at the top of the movement. Slow and controlled on the way down.
