Leg Extensions

Using the machine to really isolate your quad muscles, take a weigh you can control. Slowly raise the pad, then squeeze and hold for one second at the top of the movement. Then slowly down. For slight variation, you can point your feet out to the sides for one rep, then point them inwards for the next.
