Dumbbell Flat Bench Press

This is a flat bench, pressing exercise to add mass to your chest. Back flat on the bench, shoulder blades together. Elbows out, to force your pecs to do the work. Take the dumbbells up to directly above your shoulders. Slow and controlled on the way down.
